  1. I love how you encourage us to question whether self-judgment truly helps or just keeps us stuck. It’s refreshing to read someone challenge the “work harder / judge yourself” narrative and instead invite kindness, mindfulness and acceptance toward ourselves. The idea that self-criticism often does more harm than good, and that recognizing our common humanity can actually help us grow, feels like a message many need today.
