I love how you encourage us to question whether self-judgment truly helps or just keeps us stuck. It’s refreshing to read someone challenge the “work harder / judge yourself” narrative and instead invite kindness, mindfulness and acceptance toward ourselves. The idea that self-criticism often does more harm than good, and that recognizing our common humanity can actually help us grow, feels like a message many need today. Thanks for writing it in such a gentle, grounded way — it makes self-compassion feel accessible rather than lofty. If someone wants to explore more teaching/tutoring options with similar human-centered values, they might check out this tutoring directory I recently saw: https://www.tuition.pk/tutor-united-kingdom/

Thank you for your kind words dear Asma!
I am so happy to hear a person with your views has chosen teaching as a profession! This is exactly what true education is about!
